We do not copy a Broward NOA packet onto a Boca or West Palm job by default, and we do not sell an FL#-only unit into Miami.

A licensed inspector documents openings on form OIR-B1-1802 (the April 1, 2026 revision is required for new inspections). Opening protection is all-or-nothing: one leftover unprotected window can zero the credit. The form is typically good for five years if the house is unchanged.
